Also known as “O Christmas Tree”, “O Tannenbaum” is a German Christmas carol. But this version is my favorite, not only to listen to, but to attempt to play yearly. See, I have the piano transcriptions of “A Charlie Brown Christmas” and it is my goal every year to slightly improve my ability to play those songs. They’re not anywhere close to public sharing yet…but each year, small progress is made. But today, I share the original and by far, my favorite version of it.
